Who we are

This website is operated by RA Services & Construction (Reikiaira Services & Construction), A3-10-1, Mirage By The Lake, Jalan Sri Tasik Barat 1, 63000 Cyberjaya, Selangor. We are the data user (controller) for the personal data described in this notice.

What we collect

When you use the project enquiry form on our Contact page, we collect the details you type in: your name, phone number, company (optional), site location, the type of work and your message. The form does not store anything on this website. It opens WhatsApp with your details filled in, and they reach us only when you press send in WhatsApp, to our number 016-716 0777.

If you call or email us, we receive the details you choose to give us in that call or email.

Job applications

If you apply for a job through our Careers page, we collect the details and documents in the application form (such as your resume and certificates) and store them on our web server for recruitment only. How we handle that data is explained in our job applicant privacy notice (in Bahasa Melayu).

Why we use it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry: to reply, arrange a site visit and prepare a quotation. If you become a client, we also use them to carry out and support the work you engage us for.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. Your message passes through WhatsApp (Meta), which is the channel you choose to contact us, and this website is hosted by a hosting provider in Malaysia. Both handle data under their own terms. We may disclose data where the law requires us to.

How long we keep it

If you do not become a client, we delete your enquiry details within 24 months of our last contact. Client records are kept for as long as needed for the project, warranty and our legal and accounting obligations.

Your rights

You may ask to access or correct your personal data, or withdraw your consent for us to keep using it, by emailing farid@rascgroup.com. We will reply within 21 days. Providing your details is voluntary, but without a name and phone number we cannot respond to your enquiry.

Changes

If we change this notice, we will update the date at the top of this page.
